CSCGI*

The project concentrates the corporate services of the Interbank and consists of a Data Center, offices, technical training facilities and an auditorium. The design is inspired by the existing condition of the site—an old gravel pit. The idea is a campus as a sunken garden, creating an urban oasis cut into the town pattern. A multifold agglomeration of individual building units—connected with each other—is arranged around an open center beneath street level where there are recreational and leisure zones together with gardens and water areas.
